Holy Week Services
We offer several additional worship services during Holy Week beyond our Sunday services. Join us on March 28th at 7:30PM in our Family Life Center for Maundy Thursday Worship. This special service of Holy Communion will feature music from St. John's Praise Band. We will also have worship on Good Friday, March 29th at 7:30PM in our Sanctuary. This is a powerful service of darkness, with the reading of the Passion narrative, featuring the St. John’s Chancel Choir with special guest musicians. There will be a prayer vigil the Saturday evening before Easter (this will be held in-person only).
We invite you to join our community, whether you join us in-person or online. All of our worship services will be held in-person in and will also be available to watch over livestream from home.

Join us as at St. John's to celebrate Easter! We will hold three service on Easter Sunday as we celebrate the resurrection, knowing that Jesus is alive. All of our services will be offered in-person, and will be available to watch over livestream for those who cannot attend, or prefer to worship from home. 8:15AM Easter Service
11AM Easter Service
Our 8:15a.m. and 11:00a.m. Easter services are traditional Methodist services held in our Sanctuary and will feature choir, organ, and the UNM Faculty Brass Quintet.
9:30AM Contemporary Easter Service
Our 9:30a.m. service is a contemporary Methodist service held in the Family Life Center. Our Praise Band provides music for this service, playing current and classic contemporary Christian music and popular hits. Join us for an upbeat, energetic, and music-filled Easter worship.
Easter Activities For Kids & Youth
Easter Egg Hunt
March 30th at 9AM
Our annual Easter Egg Hunt and Community Festival will be held on Saturday, March 30th from 9:00 - 11:00AM in our Family Life Center. All children are welcome to join in the fun, invite your friends and family and. don't forget to bring your Easter baskets and cameras!
Holy Saturday Easter Vigil
March 30th at 6PM
Join us as we create prayer stations journeying to the cross with Jesus, Saturday March 30th at 6 p.m. At 9 p.m. the youth will begin their night watch as we pray hourly until Easter morning. Youth will stay through the night and then wake up early Easter morning and attend the 8:15 a.m. service.
