Registration is now open for the 46th Annual Conference on Aging in New Mexico. Attendees can secure their spot at this informative event by visiting the official website and completing the online registration form.
Registration includes access to all keynote speeches, breakout sessions, networking opportunities, and the exhibit hall. All events will be held on October 28, 2024, at the Hotel Albuquerque. Registration is $12 for Seniors 55+, Caretakers and Adults with Disabilities. Other rates on the website – there’s even a dinner and dance (at an additional cost).
We hope that several of us from St. John’s will attend, perhaps attend different workshops and come together after to share information! There are SO many to chose from:
Keynote Speaker: Erica Wheeler - Sense of Place Consulting an award-winning singer-songwriter, TEDx speaker, writing mentor and interpretive trainer. She has spoken at the Governor’s Conferences on Tourism and worked extensively with the National Park Service, offering training at 45 sites to date, from Denali National Park and Preserve to Independence Hall. She has six CDs to her credit. Her music has charted in the top ten on Billboard’s Gavin’s Americana Chart, and she has been interviewed on NPR’s "All Things Considered". Her work is dedicated to inspiring meaningful connections between people and place.
