UWF Meeting October 18 & 19: Love Wastefully

The New Mexico Conference United Women in Faith are having their 52nd Annual Meeting on October 18-19 at Central United Methodist Church. Keynote speaker Sally Vonner will be presenting a program titled "Be Love, Live Love, Share Love". Sally Vonner (she/her) is a woman of faith and purpose as a leader, mother, sister, and friend to many. She is a proud member of United Women in Faith. As the General Secretary and Chief Executive Officer of United Women in Faith, she oversees the implementation of the organization’s vision, mission, and strategic plan to positively impact the lives of women, children, and youth around the world.

Sally Vonner will be inspiring and challenging for us. We will have an opportunity during Saturday morning for a question-and-answer session. She may very well give the peace of understanding (or maybe a piece of understanding) needed to love wastefully.

Special Guest speakers include Sister Joan Brown presenting a program titled "Climate Change and Our Initiation into Mysticism, Action, and Hope" and Rev. Tiffany Hollums with McCurdy Ministries presenting a program titled "A Light in the Valley" as well as a message for the Friday night communion service.

Send registration form and checks made out to NMCUWF by October 20 to: Peggy Arensdorf, PO Box 53429, Albuquerque NM 87153. Link to the registration form can be found here.
