Connect with St.John's Mobile App

We are excited to announce the launch of our new St. John's App that is available for download in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We know that everyone communicates differently, and our app is another way to stay up-to-date on what's going on at St. John's, learn more about small groups, classes, ministries, and ways to connect, and contact us with prayer requests or questions. What Can I Do In The App?

Connect

Interested in our life at St. John's, but not sure where to plug in? On our St. John's app you'll find information about all of our bible study classes, social groups, ministries (like our Music and Food & Garden ministries), and events and activities for youth and children.

Worship Online

In our app you will not only be able to see our full video library that includes all of the videos released by St. John's and our ministries, but you will also be able to worship online with us. Each week, we livestream all 3 of our Sunday services, so guests can worship from home if they need or prefer to, and stay connected when they're out of town.

Give Online

Through our app and you are able to login and see a history of your giving information, and easily give online with a debit card. You can give a one time gift, or set up a reoccurring gift to ministries and projects that are meaningful to you.

Send Us a Prayer Request

Are you going through a difficult time, or would like to raise up a prayer of praise for something you are thankful for? In our app, you can fill out and send us a Prayer Request form and send us information about who you'd like a special prayer said for. You can indicate if you would like your request to be public or private (and only seen by our Pastors).

Read Our Newsletter

Each Friday we publish our church-wide newsletter called "Disciple Connections". Our newsletter includes a list of upcoming events, important announcements, and opportunities to give both gifts of money and of service. Just open the app to read our latest newsletter each week.

How Can I Get the App?

You can download St. John's app two ways: scan the QR code to automatically bring up the app in your phone or tablet's App Store, or follow the detailed instructions below:

To download the app, start by going to the App Store (on Apple devices) or the Google Play Store (on Google and Android devices) on your smartphone or tablet.
Click the “Search” icon and type in “SJUMC” (for Apple users) or "St. John's UMC" (for Google and Android users) to search for our app. You’ll know you’ve found the right one because it will have the image of our fire emblem.
Download the app by pressing the “GET” or "INSTALL" button next to the app image. If your security settings allow you to automatically download apps that are free, the St. John’s app will start downloading right away. If not, you will be asked to enter your ID and password before the download begins.
Exit the app store.
Once the St. John’s app has downloaded, you will see it appear on your home screen. Click on it to open.
